![]() The adorable character art, the charming little animations all allow for a very easily viewed game. ![]() You have the ability to create your own story here and I find that to be utterly adorable. ![]() Maybe push the story a bit further, or change the events so that there is a better outcome. One thing I love about this game is that, although a knowledge of how the original stories go does help, it is not required as you may find that you wish to do something else with the narrative. Storyteller is a perfect gateway puzzle game for the aspiring gamer or inquisitive youth. If you have a younger sibling or a child or something, you would benefit quite from letting them take a gander at it. It’s a very simple game, and anyone with a basic understanding of puzzles games, narrative, or the roots of these stories will be able to complete the game in record time. This could be the story of Dracula, elements of the Snow White story and more. You are provided with a series of empty spaces on screen in comic panel design, and then you place the pieces of the story, be it characters or an event, to create the story as we know them. Designed as something you’d expect to be a minigame of a larger title, this requires you to build the stories as they are meant to be. The gameplay for Storyteller is unique, I’ll be honest as can be there. If that sounds good to you, keep reading as we get into it. With an adorable art style and some of the most intuitive gameplay you can get, this is the absolute perfect game for younger audiences and people in the mood for something a bit on the slower side. You take control of the storyteller here, hence the name, and you are provided with the frames of the story and all the props, it is up to you to piece these tales together and show the true series of events. Welcome to Storyteller, an amusing take on the puzzle game format that tries something distinctly unique.
